1. First Come, First Served: Participation slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the time at which the system receives a complete application. A total of 140 participants will be selected based on the order of submission, provided that their applications are complete and they meet the specified eligibility requirements.

2. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee participation in the event.

3. Announcement and Confirmation: The list of selected participants will be announced on the project's official Facebook Page. Selected applicants will also be contacted by telephone to confirm their participation.

4. Participation Confirmation: Selected applicants must confirm their participation within the timeframe specified by the organizing team. If an applicant cannot be contacted, fails to confirm within the designated period, or declines the offer, the project reserves the right to allocate the available slot to the next eligible applicant on the waiting list, in order of application.

5. Transportation Arrangements: Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event venue. The project does not provide transportation services or cover travel expenses unless otherwise specified in additional announcements.

6. Preparation and Safety Requirements: Participants are advised to bring appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for nature trail activities, as well as a change of clothes for the Ice Bath activity. All participants must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the organizing team throughout the event.

7. Ice Bath Team Challenge: Participation in the Ice Bath Team Challenge is subject to the activity procedures and safety requirements established by the organizing team. Participants with health conditions or limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate are requested to inform the organizing team of any necessary information in advance.

8. Final Decision: Eligibility assessment and allocation of participation slots will be conducted in accordance with the project's established criteria. All decisions made by the organizing team shall be final.

• Must be single and at least 20 years old.
• Have an interest in nature tourism, trail walking, or outdoor activities.
• Be physically able to walk along nature trails and participate in all scheduled activities from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Be open to new experiences, participating in group activities, and meeting new people.
• Be able to travel to the event venue independently and cover their own transportation expenses.
• Complete the application form accurately and in full, and provide valid contact information.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event to capture activities and the overall atmosphere, and may be used to promote the project through its official communication channels. The collection, use, and publication of identifiable images of participants will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable terms and conditions.
